When will I get my delivery
Our despatching team follow a routine method, ensuring everything is sent out asap.
1. Once we receive your full payment, we source the item from our inventory within 2 days. We test it where possible. Some items can’t be tested due to security seal stickers or other reasons.
2. After testing, we repackage in secure boxes or bags.
3. We arrange the courier or AusraliaPost to pick up.
4. We update you with the tracking number.
All of this totals approximately 3 days of handling time. However, in most cases (90% or more), we manage to dispatch the order the same day of payment if payment is made before 11am or next business day.
From here, we depend on the courier service for efficient deliveries.
Where we deliver
We are an Australian based company and deliver ONLY within Australia. Our common delivery methods are Australia Post but we also partner with other courier services to speed with dispatching.
Delivery has to be a physical address and not a P.O.Box.
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday, however at certain municipalities, some drivers deliver on Saturday’s as well.
